i saw a man on a motorbike run a red light today. there was just 20 seconds left on the clock. nothing happened and he sped off. but it got me thinking. if something had happened. would it have been worth those 20 seconds?

give 20 seconds to chuck norris he might kill 20 people. give 20 seconds to Rambo he might multiply it by X depending on his ammo. his bullets to kills ratio is an amazing one.
well if it takes 20 seconds to eradicate stupid ppl, i'm all for it.
